For Immediate Release
York, Pa. – Barley Snyder is proud to announce that partner Justin A. Tomevi has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) House of Delegates, the organization’s primary policy-making body.
The PBA is a statewide voluntary association of attorneys, law students and judges dedicated to promoting professional excellence, legal reform, and public service. For more than 50 years, the House of Delegates has shaped PBA’s direction by setting policy and addressing key legal and professional issues. The House convenes at least twice annually, bringing together a broad representation of the legal community, including general officers, members of the Board of Governors, local bar leaders, geographic zone delegates, and former association presidents.
“It is a privilege to join the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s House of Delegates,” said Tomevi. “I look forward to collaborating with my peers to strengthen our profession and further the Association’s mission of justice, integrity and service.”
Tomevi is a partner in Barley Snyder’s Litigation Practice Group, representing clients in complex disputes in state and federal courts across Pennsylvania, Maryland and the District of Columbia. His practice includes commercial, real estate, fiduciary, and banking litigation. Tomevi has been recognized by the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, Thomson Reuters Stand-out Lawyers, and the Central Penn Business Journal for his legal acumen and community service.
In addition to his new role with the PBA, Tomevi serves as President-Elect of the York County Bar Association, as well as General Counsel for the YMCA of the Roses and Secretary of its Corporate Board of Directors. He also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Messiah University and serves on Eastern University’s College of Business and Leadership Advisory Board.
