Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder has entered the 2019 National Law Journal 500 for the first time in the firm’s history, but that isn’t all.

Barley Snyder recorded the highest debut for any firm on the list, making it the publication’s top-ranked new entrant on this year’s list.

At the time of data collection in 2018, Barley Snyder had 93 attorneys, enough to jump onto the list at No. 417, higher than any other firm making its debut on the annual list ranking the biggest law firms in the United States. The firm has grown since then to 100 attorneys.

“We’re extremely fortunate to be in a climate where our clients have had robust success over the last few years,” Barley Snyder managing partner Jeff Lobach said. “The growth of our clients has been the main ingredient fueling our own growth. We certainly wouldn’t be in this position without them and their achievements.”

Lobach said the firm’s culture and management structure also allows for its rapid growth which has taken Barley Snyder into Harrisburg, Gettysburg and Maryland, and has strengthened its presence in Lancaster, York, Hanover and throughout its entire footprint.

He added that Barley Snyder’s entrance onto the list is a testament to the firm’s commitment to servicing its clients throughout Pennsylvania and beyond.

“Our clients told us they were looking for a firm that could provide excellent service for all of their legal needs, and we’ve strived to accomplish that,” he said. “As we’ve grown our firm’s unique regional model, we’ve added a multitude of new service areas, copious additional resources and a culture of collaboration that strives to be a ‘one-stop shop’ for our clients.”
